Your assessment answers are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If you join the waitlist or leave feedback, we store that information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our content
The Site, including its text, design, assessment structure, and the logic behind its recommendations, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable law. You may use your own generated result for your own business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the Site's content or results as your own product or service.
Availability
We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be available at any particular time.
Because assessment results are stored in your browser, they can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use a private browsing window. We are not responsible for lost results.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
