Biz Smart Blueprint ("we," "us," or "our") operates bizsmartblueprint.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

The short version
We collect very little. Your assessment answers stay in your own browser and are never sent to us. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can tell you when the full blueprint launches. If you leave feedback, we store your response. That's it.
Information stored in your browser
When you take the Biz Smart Checkup, your answers and your generated result are saved locally in your browser's storage on your own device. This is what lets you leave and come back without losing your progress.
This information is not transmitted to us, and we cannot see it. It stays on your device until you clear it — you can remove it at any time by using the "Start Over" option on the Site or by clearing your browser's site data.
We do not require an account, and we do not have a login.
Information you choose to give us
Waitlist email. If you ask to be notified when the full blueprint launches, we store the email address you provide, along with the date you signed up and a small amount of non-identifying context about your business (the business type, business stage, and 30-day goal you selected during the assessment). We use this context only to understand what kinds of businesses are interested in the product.
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when the full blueprint is available, and to send occasional updates directly related to it. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
Feedback. If you answer the "Was this useful?" prompt, we store your response and any optional comment you write, along with your business type and stage. We use this to improve the product. Please don't include personal or sensitive information in the comment field.
How we use this information
We use the information above to operate and improve the Site, to notify waitlist subscribers about the full blueprint's launch, and to understand which kinds of businesses find the tool useful.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Service providers
We use third-party services to host the Site and store waitlist and feedback data. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. If we add payment processing in the future, payment information will be handled directly by the payment processor, and we will not store your card details.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses browser local storage as described above, which is necessary for the assessment to function. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is no longer relevant. We keep feedback responses for as long as they are useful for improving the product. Information stored in your browser stays there until you clear it.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello.bizsmartblueprint@gmail.com.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello.bizsmartblueprint@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
You can clear all locally stored assessment data yourself at any time using the "Start Over" option or your browser's settings.
Children
The Site is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We do not ask for or verify age. If you believe someone under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello.bizsmartblueprint@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify waitlist subscribers by email.
